At Code Black Coffee, we strive for perfection in every roast; however, due to the perishable nature of our beans, we can only offer returns or replacements for damaged goods or shipping errors. Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery to resolve any issues with your order.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Email our roasting team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue, including photos if the item arrived damaged.

    Verification

    Our quality control team will review your request within 48 hours to ensure it meets our food safety and return eligibility criteria.

  • 3.
    Return Shipping

    If a return is required for non-perishable equipment, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to send the item back in its original packaging.

  • 4.
    Resolution

    Once approved, we will immediately process a replacement shipment of fresh coffee or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
